At Shipzo Co. we understand the importance and benefits of partnering
with like-minded societies and organizations. From freight-forwarders
international associations to socially conscious institutions that
fight for a more even playing field in the business world. We live in
a connected world that offers many benefits to those who want to take
them, and we are amongst those who recognize the value of a good
partnership.
Currently, we are associated with the following institutions:
WCAworld (WCA World Cargo Alliance): With over 11,229 member offices in 195 countries around the world,
WCAworld is the world’s largest and most powerful network of independent
freight forwarders. The combined logistics might of the WCAworld membership
exceeds that of even the world’s largest multinational freight forwarders.
NMSDC® (National Minority Supplier Development Council): NMSDC® is the longest-operating business growth engine for the broadest
group of systematically excluded communities of color. Their impact goes
far beyond supply chain. It’s about upward mobility for the emerging
majority of Americans, an equal shot at participating in the American
experiment of free-market capitalism and entrepreneurship.
TSA (Transportation Security Administration): We are certified as IAC (Indirect Air Carriers) by the TSA (Transportation
Security Administration). The TSA was established by the Aviation and
Transportation Security Act, passed by Congress and signed on November
19, 2001. Prompted by the 9/11 attacks, it was created to prevent similar
attacks in the future.
AmCham (American Chamber Mexico): Founded more than a century ago (1917,) this trusted
organization holds a mission to promote trade and investments
between the USA and Mexico and help create a better business
environment between them.
TIA (transportation intermediaries association): TIA offers guidance for the 3PL industry and its
professionals, aiming to elevate professional standards and business
practices. This includes enhancing the overall image and credibility
of the profession, ultimately contributing to its significant role
in society.
